Essential oils are valuable sources of nutrients for facial skin health. Mixtures based on them have long been used successfully in cosmetology for face rejuvenation. The use of essential oil accelerates metabolic processes, regeneration and removal of toxins from the skin. It nourishes the cells, improves breathing and is an indispensable natural remedy in the fight against natural skin aging. In addition, the pleasant smell of essential oils has a positive effect on a woman's emotional health, which also affects the youth of the skin.
Almost all essential oils are effective in combating skin aging. In some of them these features are more pronounced:
Rose
Rose essential oil perfectly tightens the skin, saturates it with oxygen and is an effective antioxidant. It activates regeneration at the cellular level, has whitening properties that make it excellent in combating age spots and age-related hyperpigmentation. The rose intensely moisturizes dry and rough skin, gives it a healthy glow, makes it firm and supple, while moisturized and nourished skin looks younger and fresher.
Carrot
Carrots have a great effect on the condition of the skin. 5 drops of its juice should be added to 100 ml of any oil (such as apricot, almond, grape seed) or cream, mask, tonic or serum. The prepared product will restore skin tone and elasticity. Carrots actively dilate blood vessels - thus relaxing and smoothing the skin. The vitamin A (retinol) in this vegetable is a powerful antioxidant that slows down skin aging and aging processes. It tightens pores, normalizes the balance of water and fat, increases the skin's resistance to various environmental factors.
Incense
This essential oil is very effective against aging. Removes wrinkles well, evens out skin tone, tightens it and reduces sagging.
Jasmine
Jasmine essential oil whitens complexion, reduces irritation and allergic reactions that occur on dry and sensitive skin. Jasmine gives mature skin a youthful glow, tones and tightens it, tightens pores and visually reduces fine wrinkles due to moisturizing and increasing skin turgor.
Nerols
Neroli oil has a strong effect compared to other oils. This aromatic oil restores the skin's internal radiance, initiates regeneration processes and helps get rid of wrinkles. It also contains powerful antioxidants, intensively moisturizes and nourishes the skin, restores its water-lipid balance, makes it firm and elastic, and accelerates the regeneration processes in the dermis.
Rose hip
Rosehip oil is rich in vitamins C, A, E, polyunsaturated and saturated fatty acids. It is one of the best options for skin regeneration and prevention of premature aging. Rosehip actively stimulates skin regeneration at the cellular and tissue level, restores normal skin structure after burns, cuts and deep rashes. This oil restores and strengthens capillary walls, reducing age-related vascular manifestations, saturates them with active oxygen, improves skin color and elasticity.
